Welcome to The Eye Catcher. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and photography services. By accessing our website or making a booking/order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

The Eye Catcher specializes in iris photography, offering:

  • Professional iris photo sessions

  • Photo prints and custom-designed photo products

  • HD and low-resolution digital photo delivery

  • Retouching and optional personalized editing

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Clients may book sessions via the website, on-site, or in person.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, payment link, bank transfer, and credit card.

  • No product or digital file will be delivered without full payment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments (photo sessions) at any time, without penalty.

  • No advance notice is required, and no cancellation fees apply.

  • If The Eye Catcher must cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, weather, or unforeseen events, clients will be offered a rescheduled time.

  • No money is taken during appointments, so no financial consequences occur in case of cancellation.

Orders:

  • Once an order for digital or physical products is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Delivery of Products

Digital Files

  • Delivered via email, download link, or online gallery.

  • Typical delivery time: 1 hour to 48 hours, depending on the event and connectivity conditions (e.g., festival environments).

  • ✅ Digital delivery is guaranteed worldwide, regardless of client location.

Physical Products

  • Paper prints may be available on-site immediately after a session.

  • Other photo products are shipped to the client’s provided address.

  • Shipping is available:

    • ✅ Within Europe (guaranteed)

    • 🌐 Worldwide (depending on supplier availability — not always guaranteed)

  • Delivery time: 5 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the country and season.

6. Editing and Custom Work

  • Standard editing and artistic enhancement are included in the product price.

  • Additional customization requests may incur extra fees, which will be quoted based on the request.

7. Refunds and Replacements

  • Digital files are non-refundable under any condition.

  • If a physical product arrives damaged, a replacement will be provided.

  • No monetary refunds are issued for damaged goods.

8. Use of Photos

Client Use

  • Clients may use their iris images for personal use only (e.g., prints, social media).

  • Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Use by The Eye Catcher

  • The Eye Catcher may use iris photos for:

    • Website portfolio

    • Social media

    • Promotional and marketing materials

  • Because iris photography does not reveal a person’s identity, images are used by default.

  • Clients may opt out by requesting their photo not be published and permanently deleted from The Eye Catcher's files.

    • In such cases, no additional copies will be available in the future.

9. Geographic Scope

  • The Eye Catcher provides photography services across the Netherlands.

  • Shipping is available across Europe and potentially worldwide, depending on supplier capabilities.

  • Shipping policies will be updated regularly based on availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Eye Catcher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

11. Privacy

12. Changes to Terms
